Children and Youth

St Peter's Playgroup  

We meet on Friday mornings (10.00 -11.30h) during school term time in the church hall. Our playgroup is for pre-school age children accompanied by their parents and/or carers. There are toys, games and refreshments. We look forward to welcoming you and your child/children.

Children’s Church

Our monthly Gateway café-style service (last Sunday of the month) offers a more informal inclusive space for children and young people. We are also seeking to appoint a part time Children and Families Worker (summer of 2026) to help us resource activities and spaces for children and teenagers.

Youth Space (searching for volunteers)

From the autumn of 2026 we will offer a Friday afternoon Youth Space in the Church Hall, with fun and creative activities for teenagers. These may include movie nights, games and pizza evenings, "exploring life and faith" conversations, etc. If you are interested in helping with this initiative, contact us here.
